Globe Axis, operated by MYS Trading, provides business consultation services based on the scope selected and agreed with the customer.
1. Consultation Services
Our services provide structured analysis, guidance, planning and recommendations based on the information provided by the customer. The scope and deliverables depend on the selected service package or customized quotation.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the consultation. Recommendations may be affected if information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate.
3. Fees & Payment
Applicable service fees will be communicated through the quotation or service description. Work will commence according to the applicable payment terms after payment confirmation.
4. Deliverables
Deliverables will be provided according to the agreed scope and estimated delivery period. Additional requirements outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Business consultation involves analysis and professional recommendations. Globe Axis does not guarantee profits, business success, investment returns, approvals, sales or any particular commercial outcome.
6. Third-Party / Specialist Matters
Where a requirement involves regulated professional services such as legal, tax, accounting, licensing or other specialist matters, customers may be advised to consult an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Intellectual Property
Consultation reports, documents, templates and other materials supplied by Globe Axis are intended for the purchasing customer's use and may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission.
8. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of information provided for consultation, subject to legal requirements and the involvement of necessary service providers.
9. Changes to Scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
10. Acceptance
By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation or making payment for a service, the customer agrees to the applicable service terms and conditions.
